This position would be suited to a highly-motivated team player who has previous experience working within a busy dealership, customer service or sales environment.
With strong interpersonal skills, you will be proactive in your daily responsibilities and have the ability to work unsupervised.
To be successful within this role you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Previous Sales experience is essentialExcellent organisational skillsIdeally, we would like to secure someone with a passion for customer service excellence and demonstrated ability to work in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Liaising with customers and assisting with service bookings, sales, and inquiriesMeeting and greeting customers for vehicle servicingProcessing all service records, payments, and manufacturer warranty claimsLiaising with customers on status updates of their service and/or repairsWhat's on offer: Opportunity to grow a career with a leading automotive industry brand with industry training provided.
Hours are 7.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Annual Salary of $60,000 with the ability to earn commission of up to $20,000 per year.
