You will be responsible for providing clerical services including maintenance of electronic and hard copy health records, maintaining databases and information management systems, filing and photocopying and ordering stationery.
You will also communicate with internal and external customers to obtain patient information as required.
The work you undertake will be in accordance with Defence Policies and Procedures, Medical-in-Confidence and Staff-in-Confidence standards.About ADF Health Services In partnership with Bupa, our ADF Health Services team provides integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia.This includes providing defence-ready clinical and support staff across 45+ on-base locations, ensuring that ADF personnel have access to quality on-site medical care.About Lavarack Lavarack Health Centre is located in Townsville at Lavarack Barracks, the largest Army base in Australia.
It includes the Operational Deployment Force and facilities to undertake mission rehearsal exercises prior to deployment.
The facility provides primary medical, underwater medical, surgical outpatient, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, mental health, and pharmaceutical care to approximately 8000 members.
It also operates a 24/7 inpatient low dependency ward.Serco is a place for you With experience working in a clinical support role, you enjoy knowing your work is contributing to positive health outcomes for patients.
Your excellent interpersonal skills mean you are able to easily communicate with internal staff and external customers and your team knows you are willing to go the extra mile to help out wherever needed.

You are passionate about providing clinical support services and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support delivery of the highest standard of care to patients.
