About the Project:
Parklife Metro JV is leading a transformative Metro project connecting St Marys to Bradfield, linking with the new Western Sydney Airport that is currently under construction.
This joint venture with Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild aims to deliver 6 new stations, 12 metro trains, core rail systems, and a state-of-the-art stabling and maintenance facility at Orchard Hills.

Parklife Metro have some great career opportunities available for Supervisors to come onboard and join our busy construction teams.
As a Supervisor/Site Manager, you will manage multiple crews across the SSTOM project.
You must have a safety-first approach, and have the ability to lead and motivate your team to ensure delivery of exceptional outcomes.
Employed by Webuild, the roles on offer are full-time roles based on-site at St Marys.
This is an ideal next step opportunity for someone who has a strong background in buildings and structures and has delivered projects involving high-rise buildings, substations, bridges, FRP, hospitals, data centres, control centres, train stations, etc.
Responsibilities :
Excellent ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders like site-based maintenance and production teams Take ownership of site safety management Develop short and medium range construction programmes.
Coordinate sub-contractors, Senior Supervisor and Safety Managers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality construction work Work with the Project Managers and Senior Supervisors to create a collaborative team environment to achieve positive outcomes for the project and our clients.
Knowledge sharing and providing coaching and mentoring to other site team members including construction workers and leading hands.
Work closely with our Site Engineers to pre-empt and resolve construction issues on site.
Maintain progress in line with the construction program.
Criteria :
The ideal candidate needs to have strong building experience skillset and experience managing large crews; and have delivered projects involving high-rise buildings, substations, bridges, FRP, hospitals, data centres, control centres, train stations, etc.
In addition to the above, you will need:
Minimum 7+ years experience building experience as a supervisor with Tier 1 Building Company (not civils) Proficient knowledge in all things buildings & structures Preferable experience in building metro station boxes/working with Metro standards (safety, quality, etc.)
Experience managing L5s for working adjacent to the rail Experienced in reinforced concrete building structures, pre cast installation and temporary works The ability to lead site engineers Ability to read, interpret and execute construction drawings Ability to undertake basic setting out activities Knowledgeable in handling IR matters Strong Work, Health & Safety focus Willing to do QA checks What's next?
