We're now seeking a driven Property Manager Assistant to join their collaborative team.
About the Role
The position is primarily responsible for supporting & collaborating with the Property Manager, to ensure a smooth property management process for both owners and tenants.
To do this, the Property Manager Assistant will communicate with clients and assist with leasing activities, property maintenance and general administrative tasks.
This role will see you travelling to your clients' properties, to facilitate open inspections and provide a high level of customer service to prospective tenants.
Your key responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to:
Scheduling & facilitating property inspections (including ingoing and routine inspections, recording accurate inspection reports) Assisting the Property Manager with bond inspections and preparing vacate reports Assisting with leasing tasks, including advertising, viewing and tenant screening Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, landlords, tenants, contractors and service providers Providing administrative support, including responding to rental enquiries, managing documentation and maintaining property records Providing proactive assistance to the Property Manager where required About You
The successful candidate will be highly organised and driven, with excellent communication, customer service, time management and prioritisation skills.
It is desirable that you have administrative experience, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships whilst working proactively and collaboratively within our professional team.
Additionally, the successful candidate will hold the following:
A current drivers' license and a reliable vehicle (essential) Property Management License (or be willing to obtain a license) How to Apply
