As an Assistant Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of the children in our care.
We take pride in offering a program that provides a happy, safe, secure, and relaxed environment.
Here, children can interact with friends, develop social skills, solve problems, explore new experiences, and acquire essential life skills.
Hours: Part-time, 25 - 30 hours per week with opportunities for full-time for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities: Assist the Coordinator in the day-to-day operations of the service, including program planning, delivery, and documentation.
Staff rostering and supervision.
Administration and financial management tasks (e.g.
fee collection).
Assist in the delivery of a high quality, inclusive educational program.
Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment.
Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission, and Values of Catholic Early EdCare.
Job Requirements: Diploma in Children Services or ACECQA Equivalent.
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
Consent to be the Responsible Person on site in the absence of the coordinator.
Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place framework, and National Law/Regulations.
Experience in the education and care of children.
Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
Effective workplace communication and leadership skills.
