In this role, you will handle a diverse range of family law cases, mentor junior lawyers and paralegals, and meet billable targets of 4.5-7 hours per day.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment.What You Can Expect in the Role :Diverse Case Portfolio: Manage a broad spectrum of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, property settlements, spousal maintenance, and domestic violence cases.Client Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, providing empathetic and strategic legal advice tailored to their unique situations.Court Representation: Represent clients in court with confidence and expertise, ensuring their rights and interests are safeguarded.Collaborative Team: Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals, including a highly experienced Principal, in a supportive and collaborative environment.Continuous Learning: Benefit from ongoing professional development opportunities through workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs.Innovative Practice: Utilise the latest legal technology and resources to enhance your efficiency and effectiveness.Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of junior lawyers and paralegals, guiding them to become exceptional family law practitioners.Requirements :Minimum 5 years PAE in Family Law, ideally from private practiceProven ability to meet billable targets and manage a teamStrong leadership skills with a track record of developing team membersPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for family lawIf this sounds like the opportunity you've been waiting for, apply now with your CV and Cover Letter detailing your suitability for the role.
