Mills Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Project Officer to join our client in Rockingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, overseeing multiple specialised civil projects.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of minor and major civil projects from start to finish.
Review project documentation and specifications to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy.
Provide exceptional support to the Infrastructure Project Delivery team and contribute to the broader organisation's goals.
Requirements: Degree, Diploma, or trade qualification in civil construction or project management.
Strong administrative and hands-on experience in civil construction projects.
Proven ability to manage contractors and subcontractors effectively.
Experience in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting across multi-disciplinary projects.
Proficiency in producing tender documents, project scopes, contracts, and cost estimates.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong stakeholder engagement, consultation, and negotiation skills.
Thorough understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) practices.
Current 'C' class Australian driver's licence.
Valid Police Clearance (within the last 3 months) and recent Drug & Alcohol test results.
Immediate availability for a contract role until June 2025.
