About the Role:We are thrilled to be building a new team to elevate MSI's presence in the Australian retail market.
As an MSI Brand Ambassador, you'll be passionate about cutting-edge PC technology and skilled at building strong relationships with retail staff.
Your mission: train, advocate, and increase awareness for MSI's product range, ensuring our customers get the best experience possible.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct engaging training sessions for retail staff on MSI's product portfolio, including gaming laptops, desktops, and accessories.Confidently present to groups of varying sizes, ensuring attendees feel informed and inspired by MSI's offerings.Be the authoritative and enthusiastic voice of MSI, building excitement and trust for the brand.Maintain compliance with MSI's merchandising standards across stores in your territory.Cultivate strong relationships with retail staff to maximize brand advocacy and sales opportunities.Report key insights from store visits, including feedback, competitor activity, and retail trends.Negotiate premium product display spaces and increase MSI's visibility in-store.Support product launches with live demonstrations, customer interactions, and installation setups.Regional travel may be required, including occasional overnight stays.Do you have what it takes?Passion for PC technology, especially gaming and high-performance hardware.Confident, approachable, and friendly personality.Experience in delivering engaging training sessions and confidently addressing audiences.Trustworthy, earns and deserves the trust of the client and colleagues.Excellent time management skills.Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.Driver's licence and reliable vehicle are essential.Previous experience within a retail environment is preferred.What's in it for you?Growth Opportunities – Gain access to over 40 AIM courses, get involved in our in-house future leaders' program and career development plans.Workplace Culture – Quarterly, monthly, and end-of-year events to promote cross-divisional collaboration and bonding opportunities.
