Expect all this and more when you join Linfox.What does the job look like?The role of Payroll Officer exists to primarily assist with the administration, processing, reporting and maintenance of the weekly award payroll for all Linfox Group wholly owned Australian entities. Ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of designated Payroll ledger, responsibilities of the role will include:Processing of allocated weekly national payroll, annual leave forms and reconciliation of leave entitlements.Setting up new starters and processing terminations as they arise.Maintenance of the allocated weekly payroll records.Supporting payroll queries from all business areas.Preparation and distribution of weekly payroll Costing Reports to Site Managers.Supporting the broader weekly payroll team and providing guidance to junior members.Playing a key role in supporting continuous improvement and system improvement activities and initiatives as they arise.Are you the one?This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced and high volume environment.
