About the roleThe Marketing Coordinator, Online Content supports marketing activity and online content across a number of Loyalty portfolios.
The role performs administrative and support functions for the marketing team using established processes, systems, and guidelines, and works with multiple stakeholders across the business to deliver best-in-class online content on Qantas.com and the Qantas App.
What you'll be responsible forCampaign Support: Support campaigns through various activities, including brainstorming, copywriting, partner or vendor liaison, and campaign execution.Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights.Skills you'll needAccurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables.Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals.Verbal communication: Speaks clearly to convey information effectively to a target audience.Meet the teamOnline Content and Marketing Operations | Qantas Loyalty.
To support stakeholders in the execution and delivery of online content and campaigns across the business, as well as the management of digital platforms (email and web).
