Who you are:
You are an energetic, supremely organised, and articulate professional who has a passion to make a difference in the world of wound care.
A true sales hunter, you will be "on the ground" interacting in different clinical environments and at all levels.
This position is pivotal to Coloplast's success during a period of accelerated sales growth.
You either come from a background as a hospital sales representative or a purely clinical position and are comfortable interacting across different clinical environments and at all levels.
You have a sound understanding of procurement and the private hospital network.
While you enjoy working autonomously, you are an active member in a supportive team of like-minded individuals.
Your responsibilities:
Promote and increase knowledge and usage of wound care products and solutions into Hospitals and community/aged care.
Manage, develop and grow new and existing customer accounts, including Key Accounts.
Build loyal relationships with customers at all levels; Specialists, Nurses, Doctors, Procurement and Key Opinion Leaders.
Regularly present and promote products and their applications.
Maintain awareness of all sales opportunities, competitor activity and performance plan.
Attend exhibitions and conferences as required.
Demonstrate tenacity, passion and hunger for growth and results
Exhibit great business acumen and the focus, determination and drive to achieve targets.
Communicate clearly and confidently with the ability to influence at all levels.
Maintain a team player mentality.
