WHAT'S INVOLVED? Leading a small team and managing day to day operations of a store, you will run the James Street Wheel&Barrow store with your own flair to maximise sales and achieve goals.
You're experienced in Retail Store Management – you have an in-depth knowledge of the retail market and know what it takes to run a successful store.You're a strong communicator - You know how to influence key stakeholders to get the best possible strategic outcomes.You'll be a leader – you will recruit, train and motivate, being a mentor and setting an example for the team.You're analytical – reviewing rosters, sales and KPIs, you will analyse data to improve performance and results.You'll understand your customers – using your exceptional customer service skills you will be able to exceed customer expectations and resolve any issues that arise.You work well under pressure – respond calmly to situations with competing priorities and find solutions to any problems you face.You'll have an eye for detail – you will implement store merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-presented at all times.You'll have a focus on safety – adhere to health, safety and environmental standards and regulations and embed a safety culture into the team.WHY WORK WITH US?
