Lead the charge in claims strategy and operational excellence
Our client, an international insurance powerhouse, seeks a seasoned Head of Settlements to oversee their Settlements team.
This is your opportunity to drive impactful claim cost outcomes and streamline settlements in an inclusive, innovative environment.
About the Role:
Provide strategic leadership across claims settlements with a $158M budget and a team of 100 FTE.
Drive operational performance: track key metrics, improve process efficiency, and lead risk mitigation.
Collaborate with stakeholders in finance, legal, and ops to foster an environment of efficiency and compliance.
Implement cutting-edge automation and decision-engine technology.
What You'll Need:
10+ years in insurance leadership, ideally in motor claims management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a flair for data-driven improvements.
Ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team while driving results.
Must be Australian resident to apply.
