Join our Investor Relations team to support our relationships with Investors while enhancing your administrative skills and business acumen.
Who We Are WiseTech Global's (ASX:WTC) strategic vision is to be the operating system for global logistics.
With our technology, powered by CargoWise, we optimise the supply chain across all modes and borders from origin to destination.
At the same time, improving productivity for our clients across more than 165 countries worldwide.
Join Us Utilising your strong organisational skills, you will coordinate the production of key corporate events, such as the AGM, Investor days, conference, sales desk briefing and investor and analyst meetings.
Supporting the day-to-day operation of the Investor Relations, your duties/responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
Management / coordination of Investor Relations channels of communication Partnering with company Executive Assistants, aligning diaries and external meetings Facilitation of meetings with internal and external stakeholders Ownership of CRM platform, certifying investor interaction, discussions and analytics Delivery of institutional investor marketing events, including the AGM (circa Feb, Aug & Nov) This opportunity has become available due to parental leave.
Therefore, while offered as a fixed-term contract to cover this leave period for our amazing and current coordinator, as a high growth business, the potential to add value to our company more broadly beyond this is there.
About You With demonstrable business acumen, you take pride in your ability to make sound judgements while working independently in a supportive team environment.

Exceptional client relationship skills Eloquent and articulate in communication Efficient operator and highly organised Your role will be based out of our innovation centre in Sydney (Alexandria), where our culture is one of freedom with responsibility, and our outcomes are highly engineered.
