Job Description Permanent / Fulltime roleSydney CBD location2-3 days in office per weekHow will I help?The key purpose of this role is to support the Chief Brand and Marketing Office (CBMO) to develop efficient and effective supplier relationships and governance, through coordinating our supplier relationships and processes, and acting as a central contact point for supplier matters.Key responsibilities:Provide support to contract owners for all supplier relationships associated with CBMO and the Brand & Marketing component of Enterprise-wide supplier relationshipsEnsure CBMO maintain effective governance practices.Provide support for CBMO Request For Proposals (RFP's) to drive savings, supplier efficiency and/or improve quality of supplier servicesRepresent CBMO in Group supplier management initiatives, including Group RFPs, procurement system and process changes, adhoc efficiency opportunities and Group requestsAlign CBMO internal processes, including coordinating training for the team when new processes are implemented or refresher training is requiredWhat do I need?Procurement knowledge, or understanding of contracts as a business ownerKnowledge of COUPA preferredStrong understanding of risk/governance processesStrong relationship/stakeholder skillsHow do I apply?Start here.
