Job Description Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes.
Lead and mentor a team of risk professionals.
Liaise with various departments to align risk management strategies with business goals.
Manage internal and external audits.
Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations.
Deliver regular risk reports to senior stakeholders.
Establish a proactive risk culture within the organisation.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and standards.
The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Risk Manager should have:
A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in risk management within the not-for-profit sector.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor a team.
Outstanding communication and report-writing skills.
A thorough understanding of risk management frameworks and strategies.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
