About the RoleAramex Brisbane is currently seeking a 3PL Coordinator.
As the 3PL Coordinator, the role is focused on managing the logistics of shipments and ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders.
This is a key role in supporting the company's transportation and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities include: Coordinate Shipments: Arrange and monitor the transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery.Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve transportation issues.Documentation: Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs documentation.Track Shipments: Monitor the status of shipments and provide updates to relevant parties.Negotiate Rates: Work with carriers to negotiate transportation rates and contracts.Data Management: Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and update internal systems.Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.To be successful in this role, you will need: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in logistics or a related field is an asset.Experience: Prior experience in logistics coordination or a similar role is preferred.Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Suites and logistics software (Carton Cloud).Excellent organisational and time management abilities.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.If you think this would be a great opportunity for you, please apply today by submitting your cover letter and CV.Due to the volume of applications for this role, we may only be able to respond to shortlisted candidates.
