About the roleArrotex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Associate to join our dynamic QA team in Sydney.
The Quality Assurance Associate will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and a broad base of external supply partners to ensure the products supplied to our customers meet Arrotex's quality expectations as well as the applicable regulatory standards.
The Quality Assurance Associate will be responsible for supporting quality assurance and compliance activities, including:
Preparation and maintenance of GMP AgreementsProduct change control managementReviewing product quality performance and resolution of quality and compliance issuesRelease for distribution and customer complaint handling if requiredThe Quality Assurance Associate will ensure that all activities are completed with the highest level of care and accuracy.
The ability to deliver goals in a timely manner is key to maintaining the quality and continuity of the supply of medicines.
In addition, this role will focus on continuously improving our quality assurance and compliance processes to ensure our team and business are working as effectively as possible.
ResponsibilitiesUnderstands and is able to apply the principles of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and the QA/QC systems associated with the manufacture of medicines.Excellent/advanced written, verbal, and listening communication skills.Demonstrates high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on quality in all activities.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and proactive anticipation of needs, with the ability to apply quality risk management principles, foresee challenges and problems, and take action to prevent and resolve them.Well-developed organisation and time-management skills with an ability to balance and prioritise competing demands to manage workflow efficiently and meet critical time frames.Proven self-direction with the skills to be resourceful and the ability to exercise discretion and judgment in working independently and as part of a team.Skills in Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.Requirements3 - 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance, or a related role, in the pharmaceutical industry.Proven ability to interpret and apply GMP guidance, compliance policies and procedures, and risk management principles, providing sound and balanced recommendations to management.Proven ability to manage a high volume of tasks with competing priorities.Experience creating or updating GMP Agreements.Direct experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging, and/or testing operations would be well regarded.Tertiary qualification in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related Science or field.Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
