Your new role
As a Delivery Manager, you will be at the forefront of major ICT projects within the Chief Information Officer Division.
You will lead the implementation of a new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) in collaboration with a statutory Institute.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring project progress, coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining detailed project plans, facilitating meetings, drafting reports, and managing vendor relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional agile project teams.
Highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with project management frameworks/methodologies (such as Agile, Prince2, PMP).
Certification is highly desirable.
High level of commitment, self-motivation, and initiative.
The ability to exercise sound judgement in a dynamic environment.
