Responsibilities :
Support CEO to drive turnaround, transformation, and expansion.
Provide full financial support, compliance, treasury, team leadership, and development.
Deliver relevant management information and commercial analysis to enhance efficiency, profitability, and cost management.
Qualifications :
CA / CPA qualified.
Several years of experience in a Financial Controller or CFO role within a multi-site retail, fashion, or wholesale environment.
Experience in business support, balance sheet management, cash flow, financing, compliance (taxation and corporate returns), and corporate structure.
Exposure to IT and / or supply chain is advantageous.
Experience in a turnaround or transformational environment is a plus.
Key Attributes :
Proven hands-on approach and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization (from store manager to Chairman).
Understanding of internal controls, processes, and systems.
Ability to lead by example and focus on service improvement, meeting deadlines, and accuracy.
Passion for understanding the business and commitment to excellence.
