Senior Project Lead - Multi-Residential/Mixed UseA top-tier national studio is seeking a talented Senior Project LeaderArchitect to join theteam in an integral role within the practice. The successful candidate will be working on some of Queensland's most exciting projects and will have a proven track record in taking quality design projects through to completion. This is an integral role where you will be responsible for client liaison and sub-consultant management, as well as contribute to the mentoring of a team and report directly to the Director in charge.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the programming, planning and budgeting of projects and overseeing a wide team to meet these objectives, delegating and supporting where required.Coordinate and deliver medium-large scale projects focussed around the multi-residential/mixed-use sector.Ability to lead a project, communicate with client and manage sub-consultants to meet deadlinesOversee and carry out quality assurance on the architectural output, being hands on if required.Manage fee proposals, project fees, variations, invoicing etc.Skills and ExperienceOperating at a level of 10+ years experience, ideally with extensive multi-residentialexpertise.Strong leadership qualities, ability to gain trust and confidence from your teamComplete project lifecycle understanding from Concept through Design Development, Documentation, Contract Admin to Construction/Site stages.Expert knowledge on apartment planningExperience leading a small team with strong mentoring capabilitiesExperience working in a sophisticated Revit environmentStrong communication and ability to coordinateBenefits and CultureDrive your own career path and be supported with professional development and trainingAdd high quality design projects to your portfolioEnjoy a good balance between work and lifeBe part of a happy,energetic and collaborative work cultureIf the above position appeals to you then please submit your CV and if applicable, work samples (no more than 10mb PDF attachment) ****** and we'll be in touch.
