Be part of Australia's sustainable energy future. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer to join the Woodman Point Team
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all temporary works are controlled and implemented on site.
Clough, as part of the Integrate Alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the upgrade of the Woodman Point Sludge Treatment Facilities, a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth community, reducing waste and emissions.

Your focus will include: Assess project work scopes and define/classify temporary works.Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to understand temporary works requirements.Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor temporary works implementation and compliance with safety standards.Inspection and authorization of temporary works upon dismantle and removal, as well as installation and use.Review and develop risk-based work method statements.Preparation and submission of WPA, as well as Project Planning guideline, work packs and SOWS.What you will bring to the team: Degree in Civil/Structural EngineeringKnowledge/understanding of BS 5975, the code of practice for temporary works procedures and ABCB Temporary Structures StandardsMinimum of 5+ years of experience in permit to work and/or temporary works management in the oil and gas or construction industry.In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing teams effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with teams at all levels.Clough's people enjoy: A competitive remuneration packageIndustry leading paid parental leave program from the day you joinFlexible and remote work options to manage work and lifestyle commitmentsOngoing learning and development opportunities (through Engineers Australia, AIM Training, LinkedIn Learning and more)Excellent end of trip facilities and free gym onsiteNumerous mental health and well-being programsSpecial offers on private health insurance, salary packaging, banking, retail and moreExposure to a range of iconic projects and industriesSalary continuance insurance (criteria applies)We're building a diverse workforce We are committed to building a workforce that reflects the communities in which we work and live, fostering an inclusive environment that accepts every person, embraces their strengths and differences, and provides opportunities for all to achieve their full potential.
