Our Head Office store in Rochedale is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader, to join and lead the store's meat department.
Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more
Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate: Possess an Australian trade qualification in Butchery (essential)Fresh food retail knowledge is desiredAbility to lead and manage a teamAbility to order and control costsAn excellent understanding of gross profit calculationsAccurate team rosteringPassion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approachUnparalleled commitment to customer serviceExcellent communication skillsAbility to liaise with both team members and managementA flair for merchandisingStrong leadership and delegation skillsAbility to coach, train and performance manage teamsCommitment to work health and safety standard
