As Banquet Supervisor, you'll coordinate Conference & Events ensuring quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable guest experience while always following government regulations concerning health, safety, or other requirements.
EVERY DAY IS DIFFERENT, BUT YOU'LL MOSTLY BE: Meeting with clients to understand their event requirements, including budget, guest count, menu preferences, and any special requests.
Assisting in selecting event dates, times, and suitable banquet rooms or spaces within the venue.
Helping manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for events and conducting regular staff meetings to communicate expectations and updates.
Overseeing aspects of event setup, including room layout, decorations, audio-visual equipment, and table arrangements.
Ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in working order and that the venue is clean and well-maintained.
Coordinating with the kitchen and catering teams to ensure the timely preparation and service of food and beverages.
Being able to assist in other F&B departments when required.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: Higher education qualification/equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field.
1+ years' related experience, including supervisory experience preferable.
Available across a 7-day roster.
Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.
