Senior Mental Health Clinician (Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Speech Pathologist)The Evolve Therapeutic Services, Child and Youth Mental Health Services are looking for a Permanent Full-time Mental Health Clinician (Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, Social Worker, Speech Pathologist) – Senior to join their team. Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services (MSAMHS) delivers a broad range of specialist addiction and mental health services within the Metro South catchment, including community-based ambulatory and residential services, psychiatric rehabilitation, consultation-liaison to hospital wards and emergency departments, and addiction services.

About the Role Contribution to the advancement of quality specialist child and youth mental health and discipline-specific services and optimal patient care through service development, quality improvement, and clinical education.Manage an allocated workload to deliver specialist child and youth mental health services, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation within a multidisciplinary team in accordance with established clinical & departmental protocols, policies, and procedures, utilising evidence-based practice and ethical standards under clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of more senior staff.Liaise and work effectively in a professional manner with clients and their carers, other health professionals, students, and external agencies to achieve a client-centred approach, utilising negotiation and conflict resolution skills as required.Our values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Engagement, and Excellence shape our culture within Metro South Health and guide our day-to-day decision-making.
