We are seeking a senior retail leader based in Melbourne or Sydney, who will lead the performance of the sales and store teams of Bendon Group's retail channels in the Australian market which includes Outlet and Myer Concession.
This role will report directly into the New Zealand based General Manager of Sales and will lead a team of four Regional and State Managers throughout Australia.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and revenue targets, EBIT, payroll, and expense budgets across all Australian channels.
Provide strong leadership across multiple teams, fostering our "one team" culture as we continue to expand.
Identify opportunities for growth and implement positive change through P&L management, team development, and cost control.
Ensure operational excellence by adhering to Bendon policies and using the "Bendon way of working" to fuel continuous improvement.
Who We're Looking For:
A proven retail manager with regional experience (or higher), ready to step up into a Country Manager role.
A business-savvy leader with strong numerical literacy to critically assess the Australian P&L. A collaborative leader who thrives in a cross-functional environment and knows how to use resources to exceed sales and profit targets.
Someone passionate about creating a high performing, engaged, and successful team culture, with a track record of achieving budget targets in previous roles.
