Peninsula Hot Springs invites you to embark on a rewarding journey as a Part Time Food & Beverage Supervisor.
Your Role As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional customer service in our dining and beverage areas.
Your Responsibilities Supervise and motivate a team of food and beverage staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service to our guests.Lead by example, setting high standards for professionalism, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.Oversee the dining experience, ensuring that guests receive attentive and personalized service.Address guest inquiries and concerns, striving to exceed their expectations.Maintain efficient daily operations in the dining areas, including inventory control and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food and beverage service.Uphold the Slow Food philosophy by using locally sourced produce and providing fresh, sustainable dining experiences.Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all guests, particularly those with food allergies and intolerances.Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry.Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Understanding of food safety regulations, beverage service standards, and expertise in managing food allergies and intolerances.A passion for providing an exceptional dining experience and a commitment to the Slow Food philosophy.Current RSA and strong barista skills.What We Offer You Complimentary bathing for you and your immediate family.Discounts on dining, retail, and spa treatments.Access to wellness activities such as fitness workshops, yoga, and meditation classes.A supportive and inclusive environment with service recognition.Continuous training and career development opportunities.Fresh fruit and teas daily.To learn more about life at Peninsula Hot Springs, visit our website here.
