Along with writing efficient rosters, developing good rapport with staff, addressing issues in a timely and pro-active manner, and cultivating a positive team environment.There is also a high regard in meeting occupational health and safety obligations and model appropriate behaviour in day to day work activities.REQUIRED EXPERTISEMinimum of five years within retail grocery managementProven leadership skills Mentoring and training experiences requiredStock control expertise and proven financial / administrative skillsKnowledge of dealing with various cultural backgroundsCERTIFICATES / LICENCESTertiary education or Retail Certificate (Advantageous)Manual Driver's LicenceFork lift licence (required - and must be able to obtain one)OTHER REQUIREMENTSMai Wiru has a strict 'Pet and Animal' policy in place.
