We live and breathe our company values every day by being considerate, passionate, courageous, and making a difference.Job DescriptionOur Outside School Hours Care service, Donvale Christian, is looking for a passionate Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children.
The service's operating hours are Monday - Friday, 6:45am - 9:00am (Rise then Shine Program) and 3:00pm - 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program).This is a Permanent Part-time opportunity offering flexible hours to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.
You can work Monday - Fridays afternoons only or morning and afternoons, completely up to you
Plus an additional 5 admin hours per week, and you can pick up block shifts during the school holidays.About the roleLeading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years.
You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are intoFoster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parentsLead a team of Educators onsite, including roster managementManage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administrationWho are we looking for?We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:Enjoy working with kidsStrong and clear communicationTeam player with a desire to become a service leaderHold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it)
