We are growing and are looking for some awesome people to become part of our team.Haven is a body-positive, empowering, LGBTQ-friendly fitness & yoga community with two locations: Inner West + CBD seeking staff to be part of our team teaching fun group classes and one-on-one PT.We are especially keen to represent diversity in our team, so 'non-traditional fitness bodies', different sizes, ages, genders, and colours are warmly welcomed
We're looking for a casual Personal Trainer and an Exercise Physiologist to be part of our City team and seek the right fit for our community both professionally and culturally.Our ideal Team Membersare warm, upbeat & approachable, and enthusiastic and passionate about movementalign with our values - no judgements, no body shaming, zero diet culturehave excellent communication and interpersonal skillshave a strong work ethic and a commitment to community, client & studio successCandidates should have demonstrated experience working with a variety of individuals, value body diversity (size, age, gender & ability), be open to outreach and growing the studio & member base, and be familiar with scheduling software and the Google suite.About Us:We work from a HAES-aligned and trauma-aware approach.
Our fully equipped studio offers a wonderful team and client base housed in a beautiful big warehouse.Just compassionate movement, smashing goals, fun with fitness and a great communityWhat we offer:The chance to be part of something truly special and the first of its kind in fitnessAbove award compensation package including superannuation & opportunity for bonusesOpportunity to grow with a lovely, supportive and positive small teamAutonomy and creative freedom to design your classes & programs with your own flair.PT $35-45 per hour, flexible schedule with the ability to scale up (approx 10-15 hours pw to start), must have evening availability, casual to commence with the opportunity to move into permanent part-time.
PT role includes: running fun small group classes, one-on-one and semi-private PT sessions, studio support (general cleaning, tidiness, stock), managing schedule and connecting with clients, outreach connecting with local businesses.We also welcome interest from fully qualified Exercise Physiologists:Casual employee; or self-employed studio hire available.Super keen and can spare 10-15 minutes?
