As the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the estimating process, from initial bid preparation to final submission.
You will lead the preparation of accurate cost estimates for maintenance and service-based contracts in the landscape construction, sports turf and horticulture industries.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the growth and success of Green by Nature.

Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation of accurate cost estimates for maintenance and service-based contracts.
Conduct material quantity take-offs and analyse project specifications to accurately estimate labour, materials, and time requirements Collaborate with Operations Managers, the bid services team, and other internal stakeholders to prepare estimate documentation and costings.
Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing to ensure competitive advantage.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, industry trends, and pricing.
Present bids to senior management for approval and participate in bid review meetings.
Monitor and track bid results and provide feedback for future improvements.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in estimating.
Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
