We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Nunawading team.
Job Responsibilities: Service customers by providing sales and technical support for all products.The Sales & Support role is primarily a technical sales internal role.
The Sales & Support person will ensure the profitable sale, servicing, and after-sales support of equipment sold by Ness Corporation.The role necessitates professional presentation and conduct in line with the company's code of conduct.The Sales & Support employee must be a good communicator and capable of multitasking while possessing sound technical, time management, and organizational skills.The Sales & Support role provides interface support to 'Administration' and the 'External Sales Representatives' roles.Personable management of customers and timely processing of paperwork is imperative.Do you possess: Electronics troubleshooting/methodical skill analysisCapacity to comprehend and analyze complex written/technical informationSound judgment with a holistic approachAbility to develop client and staff relationships through rapport-building skillsEquipment maintenance and schedule planning abilitiesStrong reporting skills with a focus on team communicationAbility to contribute to building a team environmentMaintains a quality focusResults-driven with a strong focus on deadline adherenceDelivers services in a professional mannerStrong interaction skills with a collaborative approachLeads by example and mentors junior staffYour application will include the following questions:
