We offer the opportunity to build a career path within a fascinating industry, in a business line that offers variety, challenge and tremendous growth potential.Our New South Wales Infrastructure team specialises in the design of roads, bridges, drainage and general civil engineering projects. Increasingly these are in water and sewerage treatment across the Water sector as well as the Renewable Energy market, working across a range of energy transmission projects.The opportunityOur established civil team is growing and looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. This is a varied role that includes managing and delivering projects with support from our technical specialists, liaising with clients and design management:Undertaking designs using 12D or Civil 3D including geometric road and/or civil infrastructure design, stormwater, utilities and earthworks.Experience in leading design delivery for a variety of project sizes including the management of people, time and budgets.Demonstrating effective communication, presentation, networking and consulting skills.Working amongst a group of highly motivated professionals, you will step into a supportive culture where you can be involved, be heard and belong. With a wide range of technical and leadership challenges to grow your skills and knowledge, there are endless opportunities to realise your full potential and be part of something that matters.About youYou are a Civil Engineer or experienced designer with a strong track record in a consulting engineering environment. You have 3D design experience, gained in Civil Infrastructure or Roads. Self-motivated, you strive for technical excellence and exceeding client expectations. You are passionate about developing and motivating others, whilst ensuring that the team works collaboratively to meet project deliverables. A detailed knowledge of the Australian market and Australian standards is preferable.
