Infrabuild | Technical Engineering Manager | Sydney

About the Role An exciting opportunity now exists to join a team with responsibility for Innovation, development of new sustainability focused products, processes and service offerings for the construction industry that deliver long-term profitability across all business units leveraging deep industry knowledge and insight.
The role requires a candidate that has initiative and an innovative problem-solving approach, communicating a vision and inspiring others to achieve their potential.
The candidate can be based out of Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.
Your Responsibilities Drive engineering activities to support market insight driven design direction and provide technical guidance to assist and steer development.
Technical development of new products, solutions and training packages for the market.
Production of technical documents and influencing revisions to Australian Standards.
Work across InfraBuild business units and functional teams to assist in the development and delivery of projects that achieve sustainable outcomes.
Partner with industry and academia to research and develop complimentary construction solutions.
We Are Seeking A motivated individual to join our team with the following attributes:
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Civil and/or Structural).
Highly experienced in the construction sector.
Be a strategic thinker with a desire for innovation to identify opportunities and develop project proposals that will deliver long term value to the business.
Excellent analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
A high level of computer proficiency.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
