If you require any support or adjustments to participate in any stage of our recruitment process, please let us know in your application.About youAs our Registrar Liaison Officer, you'll possess experience in general practice performance assessment and education/training development, whilst having exposure to the development of educational content.
To thrive in this role, you'll have: Experience in the general practice environment (currently employed)Strong communication and advocacy skillsPassion for assisting registrars and GP trainingGood working knowledge of requirements for the AGPT programAbout the opportunityReporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you'll collaborate with regional and local teams, the Practice Manager Liaison Officer and the Supervisor Liaison Officer as well as with management to carry out GP training.
In addition, you'll:Advocate for the individual and collective needs of GP registrars participating in the RACGP training programs.Support medical education: module curation, updates, and additions.
Answer questions from members, staff, participants, and training organisations relating to the educational materials.
Revise and update any guides, training material relevant to the learning units.
