Contract/TempNo contractor fees / two pay runs per weekLime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland government department to recruit a Program Director contract to 31/05/2025 based in the Brisbane CBD and working from home.In this role you will:Work with the Corporate Enterprise Solutions Leadership Team and the Corporate Enterprise SAP Re-platforming Program Steering Committee to lead and manage the development and implementation of a large scale and complex Information Communication and Technology (ICT) enabled change program.Deliver the CESR Program in line with the business requirements and to industry standards to ensure robust ICT systems and business processes that support Hospital and Health Service (HHS) and the department's service delivery.Lead and direct a number of Project Managers, Stream Leads and teams delivering project works under the CESR Program's implementation strategy.Develop and oversee appropriate governance and risk management structures for the CESR Program in conjunction with the Department's Program Management Office (PMO).Ensure integration of the CESR Program with other ICT programs and projects across, specifically the IWFM Program for implementation of integrated real-time electronic rostering.You will have:A qualification in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or Program/Project Management and registration with a recognised professional body would be highly regarded.A minimum of 5 years program/project management (preferably SAP projects/programs) experience within complex service provider models with a demonstrated capacity to develop, lead and manage effective ICT enabled change management program/projects to successful outcomes.Knowledge and application of contemporary human resource practices and policies including workplace health and safety, ethical behaviour, equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination policies, as well as a commitment to their implementation consistent with the mission, vision, values and strategic intent.High level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to consult and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders on complex business requirements in a Public Sector environment.Queensland based candidates only.
