About the Role
Our client is a trusted and respected leader in disability care and support, seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join their growing team in Castle Hill, Sydney.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional passionate about delivering impactful and person-centered therapy services while mentoring and guiding a multidisciplinary team.

Position Overview
This is a hybrid role offering flexibility in working arrangements.
The position is available full-time with a competitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $130,000 plus super .

Responsibilities
The Senior Occupational Therapist will:
Deliver tailored therapy services to clients across clinic, home, community, and telehealth settings.
Work with clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults, with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance client independence and quality of life.
Supervise and mentor graduate and experienced team members, fostering evidence-based practices.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and coordinated care.
Offer education and training to clients, families, and carers to promote self-management and empowerment.
Maintain detailed, professional records in compliance with NDIS and organizational policies.
Contribute to program reviews, ensuring alignment with client needs and NDIS standards.
About you:
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
Minimum three years of clinical experience, preferably within the disability sector.
Proven expertise in providing clinical supervision and mentoring.
Skills and Attributes:
Deep understanding of occupational therapy principles and best practices.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, families, and stakeholders.
Ability to design innovative and adaptable therapeutic solutions.
Highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
Mandatory Requirements:
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
NDIS Worker Check, National Police Check, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
NSW driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
