Our services and tools improve every aspect of the asset management lifecycle – shortening time to value and increasing capital efficiency.What You'll DoA Senior Director is responsible for providing clients with guidance in various spheres of business, including corporate strategy, business transformation, and digital and innovation capabilities.Leading Strategy and Management Consulting projects across the practice.Providing subject matter expertise on Project and Portfolio Management processes.Conducting project delivery capability maturity assessments against industry best practices.Performing project delivery process assessments and develop/revise processes.Providing subject matter expertise on Asset Management processes.Conducting asset management maturity assessments against ISO 55001.Facilitating and determining business requirements and objectives.Driving the development of work products including presentations and reports.Summarizing insights from analysis and clearly communicating findings.Developing client-facing materials with Microsoft Office products.Managing a small team of consultants in support of strategy and management consulting engagement delivery.Mentoring, coaching, and training CPA Consultants.Supporting Executive CPA Leadership in developing business goals.Representing FTI Consulting as a Subject Matter Expert.What You Will Need To SucceedBasic Qualifications :Bachelor's Degree in a related field.10+ years of post-graduate professional experience in strategy and management consulting.Fluent in English and Spanish.Preferred Qualifications :Master's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.Exceptional problem-solving skills.Industry experience in oil and gas, manufacturing, chemicals, or power and utilities.About FTI ConsultingFTI Consulting is a global business advisory firm dedicated to helping clients with their most significant opportunities and challenges.
