In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute and grow together.Join us in our exciting quest to build the future homeAbout The RoleYour role as NSW Transport Allocator is to facilitate, monitor and manage the timely delivery of all orders released for distribution to our customer base.What You'll DoEngage with our customers, both internal & external, to exceed expectations, driving brand loyalty through delivering a remarkable customer experience.Identify system issues with OTM and SAP and highlight issues to your manager and resolution teams.Utilise the current transport management system (OTM) to build loads, allocate orders efficiently, drawing down orders daily to minimize transport costs and ensure bookings on customer portals are confirmed.Proactively review the urgency of the delivery and use other resources when needed.Thrive on resolving customer enquiries and work closely with our delivery transport contractors to ensure they provide the level of service expected by Electrolux and our customers.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that information is shared and utilised in the correct manner.Who You AreIdeally, you have a good level of SAP experience; however, it is not essential.Knowledge of Oracle Transport Management (OTM) System.Geographical knowledge of NSW.Transport Routing experience.Excel spreadsheets - Intermediate level.Core CompetencesCollaborative – You build trust, good working relationships and communicate effectively with your colleagues and cross functions.
