Hôtel d'affaires situé à 3Km de l'aéroport international Paris Roissy CDG & des Parcs des expositions de Villepinte et du Bourget, le Novotel Paris Roissy CDG Convention compte 295 chambres, 1 restaurant, 1 salle de petit-déjeuner, 17 salles de réunion, piscine, salle de sport.
L'hôtel travaille avec tous segments de clientèle affaires, loisirs, individuels, groupes, compagnies aériennes.
Description du posteL'Assistant(e) maître d'hôtel polyvalent H/F seconde le chef de la salle qui orchestre minutieusement le travail des commis, et des chefs de rang afin de garantir le bon déroulement et l'excellence des services.
Il/elle connaît parfaitement le mécanisme du service en salle, banquets et séminaires, il/elle sait détecter immédiatement le détail à corriger.
Il assiste le Maître d'hôtel dans ses tâches quotidiennes opérationnelles et administratives.
Il/elle est acteur/rice permanent dans le déroulement du service.
Il/elle est garant de la qualité des prestations et veille au bon déroulement du service dans un souci permanent du détail, de la qualité, de l'excellence et de la satisfaction de notre clientèle.
Il/elle participe à l'ensemble des opérations de l'accueil client, à l'encaissement et développe en permanence une attitude commerciale et de conseil.
Il/elle fédère l'équipe et coordonne le travail dans un souci permanent de qualité et de fluidité du service.
Il/elle accueille et forme les nouveaux collaborateurs selon nos standards.
QualificationsFournir en permanence un service attentionné, vigilant et sincère envers le client.
Respecter les procédures et les techniques d'un service.
Faire preuve de prise d'initiative et de polyvalence.
