We are currently seeking dedicated, motivated, and seasoned Retail Managers to join our MECCA family and take on a pivotal role in guiding the core of our business – our Stores.
We are seeking expressions of interest in all roles across, including:
Store Manager Floor Manager and Assistant Store Managers (2IC) Zone Manager (3IC) Store Operations Manager Day-to-day responsibilities: Engaging and motivating your team to bring their best self to work to ensure we are meeting key KPIs and key in-store targets Mentoring and providing feedback to your team to continue to drive their professional development Work closely with the State and Regional management team to lead the unparalleled MECCA store experience Ensure smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience What success looks like in this role: Our ideal candidates will have the following:
