We pride ourselves on delivering personalised care that goes beyond expectations.Role and Responsibilities:As Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of our clinic.
Your responsibilities will include:Managing and mentoring our reception team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for our patients.Fostering connections between our clinic reception teams, requiring occasional visits to our clinics in Bondi and Chatswood to ensure the teams work together seamlessly.Overseeing face-to-face, phone, and online client interactions, ensuring all inquiries and appointments are handled efficiently and professionally.Managing client billings and transactions to maintain accurate financial records.Providing administrative support to our practitioners, ensuring smooth coordination of patient schedules, records, and other relevant tasks.Leading daily office operations and ensuring a well-organised and efficient workflow.Continuously improving processes and systems to enhance patient care and operational effectiveness.Apply for this roleApply via Seek with a cover letter addressing the points above and an up-to-date resume.
Your resume will not be looked at without a corresponding cover letter.To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities and qualifications:Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service, preferably within a medical reception setting.Previous experience in a similar leadership position, demonstrating your ability to lead and inspire a team.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with patients and staff alike.Attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) software.Familiarity with Genie Solutions PMS is highly desirable.Certificate IV in practice/business/medical administration or equivalent qualification.Australian citizenship or permanent residency is a requirement.What We Offer:We value our employees and believe in creating a supportive and fulfilling work environment.
