We know diversity of thought helps us to build better solutions for our customers which is why we encourage the entire GROW team to bring their whole selves to work each and every day.Job DescriptionEstablish and oversee effective reporting, providing insightful analysis and proactive financial advice in collaboration with the CFO.Effectively manage cash flow forecasting and annual budgets to ensure business remains viable into the future.Implement a robust tax framework in collaboration with the CFO ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.Lead transition from a single entity ledger system to an enterprise-grade ledger system consolidating financial data and reporting.Support corporate governance policies and procedures creating effective financial controls and systems across the business.Oversee daily finance and payments processes, seeking to automate and streamline systems wherever possible.BackgroundExperience maintaining capital tables and administering ESOP schemes will be highly regarded.Tech consulting, running a big tech transformation process.Banks and consulting firms experience preferred.Additional InformationWhy you'll love working at GROWBirthday Leave - Take an extra day off per year on your birthdayWeekly Pay Cycle - No more waiting for PayDayHybrid Work Arrangement - We have a true hybrid arrangementExciting Discounts - Think movie tickets, gift cards & even electronics.Looking for a job can be stressful and we don't want you agonising over the wording of your cover letter, so don't include one.
