This role will oversee the full stage ServiceNow product development and ensure effective delivery of the Group Technology product roadmap.
You will help land key application builds that support our hospitality deliver on our mission of a world-class guest experience.
As well as:
Lead a team of experienced solutions specialists, offering guidance, support, and development.Develop roadmaps for products and functionality across the Group Technology portfolio.Work closely with Product Managers/Business Owners and stakeholders to develop a program of priority and determine the acceptance criteria of these priorities.Build a strong working relationship with key stakeholders to ensure projects and new features are delivered smoothly.Provide creative solutions for a variety of business requests across our hospitality functions.About you We're looking for a passionate Product Owner with ServiceNow experience who can efficiently deliver projects for our stakeholders.
You will be naturally curious about how the business operates to help your team achieve creative solutions.
You'll also bring the following:
Demonstrated experience in a similar product owner role in a large complex organisation.ServiceNow experience.Experience in effectively leading a high performing team that can deliver high volumes and quality.Strong experience in successfully leading the design and implementation of major project initiatives.A core understanding of agile practices and methodologies.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to assess business need and deliver on capability.Additional InformationWhat you can expect from us On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
