One of our finest Government clients is looking for a Project Director/Lead for a contract position (12 months, with possible extension).
Role and Responsibilities
The Project Director/Lead will be accountable for ensuring the successful management, oversight, and delivery of this high-value, highly complex business transformation project focusing on solution requirements, procurement, configuration, delivery, and implementation.
The resource will oversee and manage a project team under multiple streams with close consultation and coordination with all stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver solutions that achieve agreed business outcomes.
The resource will prioritize human-centered principles to ensure that the solutions meet the needs and expectations of our diverse stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive change and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
You
High-level social and written skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work in a large team environment with members of diverse cultures and backgrounds. Self-starter with high personal drive and a positive attitude. Behaves in a respectful and professional manner, maintaining high integrity and transparency when delivering work. Excellent problem solver and critical thinker.
