About:
My client specializes in the Retail Media industry, which involves leveraging a retailer's customer data and advertising inventory to generate revenue.
They do this by providing a platform that enables brands to advertise on retailers' websites, apps, and physical stores.
Their omni-channel integrates all of the advertising network for brands to easily place ads which automates various tasks.
It enables them to receive easy approvals, a simple user interface, up-to-date analytics and customer data protection & allowing retailers to provide brands with accurate reporting data in real time.

Partners include Coles, Dyson, Adore Beauty, Red-Bull, Coca-Cola, Qsic, AWS, Google Cloud, META, Google and tonnes more

As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future by driving the strategy, development, and launch of innovative products.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to deliver exceptional products that exceed customer expectations.

Background:
Someone who comes from media landscape with ideally exp with technology more recently.
Define the product vision and strategy.
Execute the technical implementation.
Own specific product areas, focusing on growth, user experience, and delivery.
Bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution.
Provide a sense of accountability.
Assess how many bookings, usability, time for planning and deployment.
Align the team on product vision and goals.
Balance product development speed with quality and user experience.
Measure product success (e.g., number of bookings, user satisfaction).
Responsibilities:
Construct new relationships and strengthen existing ones, additionally chasing leads.
Ensure product is up to date with usability and advertiser experience.
Experience with media is primary domain knowledge & Digital media.
Understand how websites are built and campaign measurement.
Have a good understanding of how retail operations work.
Bring Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) to life.
Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
Identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable product roadmaps.
Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
Define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product success.
Effectively communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to drive product decisions and measure product performance.
Identify opportunities for product optimization and innovation.
Customer Focus: Deeply understand customer needs and preferences.
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development.
Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Identify opportunities to differentiate our products and gain a competitive advantage.
