Parklife Metro has been awarded the Sydney Metro SSSTOM package of works.
The consortium will deliver six new stations between St Marys and the new Aerotropolis, 12 new metro trains, core rail systems, and the stabling and maintenance facility to be built at Orchard Hills.
Comprising Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens and Webuild, Parklife Metro are excited to deliver this city-shaping project.

To enhance our team for this pivotal project, we seek a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our Claims team.
Reporting to the Upstream Commercial Manager, you will manage claims and facilitate outcomes between Project Co and the Client.
Responsibilities: Lead the compilation of the project's monthly payment claims, including forecasts. Assist with the certification of monthly Subcontractor applications for payments where required. Provide quantity surveying in support of contractual claims, variations, and final accounts. Ensure the effective administration of subcontracts where required, including the assessment of variations and claims. Provide reasoned QS advice on the strength of our position for matters in dispute and advise on resolution and recovery strategies. Compile evidence and quantifications for a dispute resolution process for both prosecution and defence of claims (upstream and downstream). Conduct commercial evaluation of tenders from subcontractors and appraise bids by liaising with Project Managers and Engineers to assess bids. Provide take-off quantities from Construction Drawings. About You: Recognized tertiary qualifications within a relevant field (B.Sc.
Quantity Surveying or equivalent). Minimum 10 years' experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar role. Experience working on large-scale construction projects. Experience in claims/variations. Experience in SAP Software/accounting and associated reporting is desirable. Key collaborative skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
