Our Company Pablo & Rusty's is a specialty coffee roaster based in North Ryde, Sydney.
Our focus is to supply cafes with exceptional specialty coffee whilst also equipping them with the necessary tools and services to ensure their growth, development, and success.
We also have a growing E-Commerce and Subscription network, in which we provide exceptional coffee direct to customer's doorsteps.

Join the team We are looking for a Coffee Contract Trainer to join our team of passionate design-thinking, sustainability-minded, and digitally-orientated coffee professionals with shared values and a common goal of positively impacting people and the planet through coffee.

About the role In your role as Coffee Contract Trainer, you will conduct training on our customer's retail sites or in our HQ's training bar to analyse training needs, offer coaching and training support and help drive standards and quality to improve audit results and sales.
You will have responsibility and accountability for carrying out coffee quality checks as well as delivering barista training to the staff on site.
You will meet the training needs in line with the contracted terms, scheduling your time for planned and reactive training requirements based on Pablo and Rusty's standards.

The ideal candidate will have: Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to build rapport with customers and colleagues across the organisation Good written and oral communication skills Computer Literate including use of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, email and basic Excel Excellent planning and organisation skills to manage own workload to expected standards Ability to deliver creative and engaging training sessions Ability to identify different learning styles and adapt training to meet the needs of all trainees Ability to demonstrate strong barista skills and efficiency Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow directions and work within agreed parameters Good listening skills Upload your resume along with your cover letter to apply.
