About the Role The Adelaide Convention Centre is excited to offer a unique Audio-Visual Traineeship opportunity, providing a structured path into the dynamic and rapidly evolving events industry.
This paid, full-time 24-month program is delivered in partnership with TAFE SA and offers hands-on training from our experienced in-house technical team.
Trainees will work with cutting-edge technology and a diverse range of events, gaining exposure to all aspects of audio, lighting, and vision operations.
Upon successful completion, candidates will achieve a Certificate IV in Live Production and Technical Services, a nationally accredited qualification that will equip them with the skills to excel in the highly sought-after AV industry.
What You'll Do Participate in on-the-job training across all areas of audio-visual operations, including sound, lighting, and vision.Work on a wide range of live events, learning from experienced AV professionals.Develop a broad skill set in AV production that is essential for a successful career in the events industry.What We're Looking For Passion for AV & Events: We're looking for individuals with a genuine interest in the events industry and a desire to build a career in the audio-visual sector.Team Player: A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Willingness to Learn: As this is a traineeship, we're looking for candidates eager to learn and grow within the industry.Attention to Detail: You'll be working with cutting-edge equipment and technology, so attention to detail is key.Eligibility: Applicants must not already hold a Certificate IV in Live Production and Services or any equivalent or higher qualification in the same field.Why Join Us?
