We create city-sized solutions—building and operating safer, smarter, and more sustainable roads—to solve pressing transport challenges that are slowing cities down.About the roleWe're seeking a Senior Manager Treasury – Funding with proven experience in providing leadership and assisting in the planning, management, execution, monitoring and stakeholder management of funding activities.You'll join an innovative team with broad expertise that works with complex financing structures across a broad range of projects and jurisdictions.Transurban manages a significant debt portfolio with a variety of financial risks across numerous maturities, instruments, currencies and counterparties.As our Senior Manager Treasury – Funding, you'll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It's meaningful, challenging and exciting work.Day-to-day, you will:Lead and assist the execution of select funding tasks in accordance with the Funding PlanEnsure funding tasks are undertaken in compliance with the Treasury PolicyBe involved in Group development projects, including deal execution and analysis of proposed funding and structural solutionsAccess the impacts on credit metrics and ratings targetsLead components of the Group's Capital Strategy development and management, with the preparation of the debt and equity funding plansThis role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:Proven Treasury management experience, ideally within Corporate and/or Banking, with particular experience in loan financing and/or debt capital marketsExperienced Corporate Finance managers with exposure to funding transactions and M&A, preferably in infrastructureUnderstanding of debt and equity markets, and risks associated with financing activitiesLeading projects with an understanding of all funding plans and balance sheet stress testingStrong analytical skills with advanced Excel skills with a good understanding of modelling, with knowledge of interest coverage ratios & cash flow analysisRelevant tertiary education and professional qualificationsIf you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.With a career at Transurban, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including:A range of flexible working and leave options, including the option to purchase an additional six weeks of leave each year16 weeks paid parental leave (regardless of gender or carer status), with no waiting period, with Superannuation paid during unpaid leave as wellLearning and development opportunities to support your career interestsHealth and wellbeing support—access to Headspace and our EAP program, wellness facilities, and moreShare offers and insurance benefitsSocial activities, community give-back programs and paid volunteer daysWe embrace diversity with a foundation of safety, wellbeing and inclusion; where everyone belongs.
